Protein Q13309 - SKP2_HUMAN is shown to cause protein ubiquitination (GO:0016567). This is shown with siRNA interference in Figure 7C, which is IMP.

Proteins P63208 - SKP1_HUMAN and Q13309 - SKP2_HUMAN can be annotated with a cellular component term "GO:0035861," which is "site of double-stranded break." This is illustrated in Figure 7B. This would still be IDA.
