Figure 9 A-C culture hippocampal neurons showed decrease AMPA receptor mediated response in Nlgn3 mutant mice but having no effect on NMDA receptor mediated response. Therefore mutation reduced postsynaptic AMPA receptor function in cultured neurons. |
