Figure 1 shows that protein M (matrix protein) is a viral protein of the Measles virus as determined through MALDI-TOF/TOF-mass spectrometry. This Matrix protein is displayed on an SDS-PAGE purified by UC after MALDI-TOF/TOF MS analysis. Table S1 includes proteins coded by MEV genome with the UniProt entry.
