Fig 3 shows Anthranilate 1,2-dioxygenase ferredoxin subunit is necessary (along with 2 other subunits) to oxidize anthranilate to catechol. Without Anthranilate 1,2-dioxygenase ferredoxin subunit, anthranilate degradation is not possible in Burkholderia cepacia.
