Figure 2 shows that protein M (matrix protein) is a viral protein of the Mumps virus as determined through MALDI-TOF/TOF-mass spectrometry. Protein M is displayed on an SDS-PAGE purified by UC after MALDI-TOF/TOF MS analysis. Table S1 includes proteins coded by MUV genome with the UniProt entry.
