In Table 1 gp123/T7-like Pol I DNA Polymerase (putative T7-like Pol I DNA Polymerase) was shown to be part of the Caulobacter phage Cbk virus (also referenced as Caulobacter virus phiCbk) through MALDI-TOF MS analysis. These proteins were isolated from the phage as shown through SDS-PAGE in Figure 1.
