In Table 1 gp57/tape measure protein/lysin (an uncharacterized protein) was shown to be part of the Bacteriophage ZF40 virus (also referenced Pectobacterium phage ZF40) through ESI-MS/MS. This protein was isolated in Lane 2, of Figure 1C, which is identified as phage tail samples.
