update GO term used for annotation due to changes in the GO

  • row_id: 22358935: As part of refactoring membrane terms, need to change GO:0019897 'extrinsic component of plasma membrane' to GO:0031234 'extrinsic component of cytoplasmic side of plasma membrane.' Also change the qualifier from 'part_of' to 'located_in.' These changes were made in Protein2GO. Dsiegele (talk) 13:55, 23 August 2022 (CDT)
