The correct term should be GO:2000146, negative regulation of cell motility, that is correct. However, a JY cell is a HLA class 1, as shown in the "synonyms". Fig 2a shows that in the presence of JY cells the motility of WASP deficient T-cells is significantly increased.

This figure shows that when WASP is knocked down by shRNA, cells migrate more. This would suggest that WASP is negatively regulating motility, not positively regulating it. Additionally, I don’t think IGI is the right evidence code, as this figure doesn’t even mention the protein in the with/from field here.
