The figures and tables refer to a multitude of genes while the annotation refers to only one. At best, Figure 1 can be used as evidence, although, this still is not necessarily proving "regulation of gene expression". If Figure 1 is to be used, then the organism needs to be changed to winter wheat. Figure 1 focuses on comparing levels of protein growth between different growth conditions.
