Annotation should be made on page: Q6M299 (Q6M299_CORGL) because the figure 3 highlights importance of pnkG phosphorylation.

GO term should be GO: GO:0004674 (protein serine/threonine kinase activity (STPK). Catalysis of the reactions: ATP + protein serine = ADP + protein serine phosphate, and ATP + protein threonine = ADP + protein threonine phosphate. ) Conversion of ATP into ADP indicates that protein is being phosphorylated.

Notes: According to Fig. 3, pnkA, pnkB and pnkL undergo auto-phosphorylation however, pknG does not undergo auto phosphorylation but rather it's phosphorylation is dependent on pnkA, pnkB and pnkL kinase activity.

The evidence code IDA is appropriate.

I think this GO term is a bit too specific based on the assay. Do they really show this is a serine/threonine kinase in Fig 3?
