To add to Danielle, I believe the GO term especially regarding figure 5 would be something more along the lines of "host cell lysis." Or if you used figure 6, the GO term could have been "peptidoglycan hydrolysis," or more simply "hydrolysis."

I don't agree with your GO term. Figure 5 does not prove N-acetylmuramoyl-L-alanine amidase activity, only that it causes cell death in some way. Figure 6 explains how the lysin protein destroys the cell wall.

GO term is inadequate. If going for molecular function, you should likely use fig. 6. Otherwise, move towards a biological process term mapping to what is reported in the figure.
