The annotation should state the organism studied, the full name of the enzyme, and the abbreviation (HeLa cells were used to study LIMCH1, which stands for LIM and calponin-homology domains 1). The evidence code is incorrect: it should be IMP. Because the LIMCH1 gene is silenced by siRNA, the experiment uses a mutant phenotype rather than an assay to assess function.
