You don't need a qualifier for this annotation. You are describing Figure 2a, which is not ISS as evidence. Choose the appropriate evidence code. You can improve your notes by directing the reviewer to the lines you want them to compare- what color/label should we look for? Note you used the word "strains" when you probably meant the word "proteins". There is only one bacteria (strain) used for testing the enzyme activity.
