You put up the wrong paper. I think you put in the PMCID, not the PMID, which I believe is probably 28246363 if I am guessing which paper you used correctly. Assuming you used the Perez 2017 paper, you need to be more specific in your description in the notes how it does so. Also, the figure shows that SpmX localizes proteins to the poles, it doesn't show that SpmX establishes the polarity. You'll need to get that elsewhere.
