The evidence as presented doesn't support the GO term selected. Please switch to one describing nuclease activity.

GO:0004518 DNA packaging complex PMID:19109896 IDA: Inferred from Direct Assay C The assay experiment of the gp17 terminase can be viewed in figure 3b. Lane's 0, 1, and 2 are how many hours after the addition of isopropyl β-D-1-thiogalactopyranoside (IPTG). This induces the expression of the DNA samples. The mutant sample are then compared to the known DNA. It is then compared to the mutant types, the mutant types did not have cleaved DNA. Proving its identity as a nuclease. complete

(IPTG induces expression of the recombinant T4 terminase protein).

Since you have highlighted Figure 3b: You can improve this annotation by selecting a GO term for nuclease activity and specifically describing what you see in Figure 3b that supports that GO term. What happens to the DNA in the gel after it is exposed to WT vs mutant terminase? Note since mutants are involved, this might be IMP, also.

I love Figure 2 for submission of an additional annotation using the GO term above and ISM!
