There is no PMID, I went looking and I think the paper you're referring to is PMID: 17158670.

On the gene page, this gene appears to be involved with DNA binding which I don't think is allowed. We do know that gene 48 is an antitoxin as it is stated various times in the paper, and it also states on page 1989 that DNA binding domains are typical for antitoxin proteins. From the figures that are given, it cannot be determined that gp 48 has anything to do with DNA binding or transcription factor activity. Figure 3B shows that when the antitoxin is added after the toxin then the toxin is somewhat reduced. This would show even more that it is indeed an antitoxin, however a GO term for that function cannot be found.
