From Phage Hunter's Website: "Don't forget, no biding terms (i.e. DNA binding, etc)."

- use of the term "sequence-specific DNA binding" violates competition rules.

Listed PMID is linked to the paper: "Chronic bowel diseases--is there a place for natural remedies?"

- lol

I believe the actual PMID: 17158670

More appropriate term: pathogenesis

Evidence:

- Fig 3 shows that when arabidose is added the toxin gene is getting switched on, causing E. coli cell count and density to decrease.
- This decrease in cell count and density indicates that toxin activity is apparent.
- "Toxin activity" is an obsolete GO term. However, it has been replaced by the term "pathogenesis," which is defined as "the set of specific processes that generate the ability of an organism to cause disease in another."
- This definition encompasses our data observed in Fig 3 of the paper where E. coli count and density decreases after toxin gene is switched on by arabidose.
