Direct Assay is definitely the right Evidence code to use here. Well done on that part. I feel you should've given an introduction to what the paper is about i.e. basically what the title of the paper suggests, 'Chaperone–Protein Interactions That Mediate Assembly of the Bacteriophage Lambda Tail to the Correct Length'. But overall your annotation was pretty much on point. Well done Shasan! Happy Revenge of the 5th.
