I have searched for this protein's functional ortholog by blasting it's amino acid sequence on UniProt and found 4 entries that have a 100% identity. Of the 4 entries, all of their GO terms seem to have the exact term annotated but they are all IEA. There is still a strong possibility that I can find a functional ortholog of this protein that has an evidence code other than IEA. | 1 |
