The second half of Figure 2 shows the progression of thyroxine-binding globulin over time in hypothyroid women from stimulation, to post-embryonic development. It was tested between women who were treated for hypothyroidism vs. women who were not. Overall, the increase in TBG presence is gradual over time, but the increase is not statistically significant.
