change annotation due to changes in the GO
row_id: 23841474. P0A355 was annotated to GO:0019836 'hemolysis by symbiont of host erythrocytes,' which is a phenotype not a function. I reviewed the paper that was cited and replaced GO:0019836 by GO:0048255 'mRNA stabilization' based on data in Figures 1, 2, and 3. I updated the CACAO file at Protein2GO.
