We have a rule in CACAO that you may not use high throughput papers. They characterize a bunch (we said more than 15) of proteins using the same technique. I will give you credit for 1 annotation from that paper, but since they are characterizing 40 proteins using LC-MS/MS with native PAGE, it is definitely what we consider to be a high throughput paper. I don't let CACAO students use these papers since we can easily write an automated program to make these annotations. | Unacceptable |
