Additionally, the figure caption says they used the catalytic domain of NEK1 from Invitogen; the specs sheet they provide for this protein says it is based on human NEK. So this annotation is on the wrong protein page. Also, they show this kinase phosphorylates on S309 of TAZ, so the GO term can be refined to peptidyl-serine phosphorylation. | 3 |
