Figure 2B is mostly showing how sub cellular fractions were prepared,and how Cytochrome C released from mitochondria into the cytosol and how mitochondrial Bak levels were determined by Western blotting of mitochondrial and cytosolic protein extracts. And finally the membranes were re-probed with α-tubulin. Nowhere did I find anything resembling his notes for 2B. | 0 |
