This was identified as a Troll Gene (9CAUD), so this would have to be a transfer annotation with GO_REF:0000100. Otherwise, you need to do a regular annotation for Klenow fragment of DNAP I or DNAP activity in E. coli. You can't put both in one annotation, though.

The other 100% probability results show that this gene is most likely a part of DNA polymerase I. A search for the function of the Klenow fragment led to the PubMed article with ID number listed as a Reference. The function of Klenow in E.coli, according to the Reference article, is to decrease transition mutations. complete

IMP is a code for a regular annotation but your notes are what you would expect in a transfer annotation with the GO-REF code. Which do you intend here? If you change these notes to a regular annotation by showing hoe this citation allows you to annotate the DNAP-I/Klenow fragment, you could then do a transfer annotation, but it needs to be a second one.
