There could have been an IDA with figure 6 which shows that they are located at the spore wall (GO:0031160) and anchoring disk complex for E. cuniculi (UNI: ENP1_ENCCU) and E. intestinalis (UNI: ENP1_ENCIN). Figure 8 through a direct assay shows the correlation between the host cell and spore adherence with the concentration of antibodies. The evidence supports that ENP1 is a surface adherence ligand.
