The eco used references high performance light chromatography, but this does not appear in the notes. I suggest expanding the notes to include support for the evidence code.

So the graph in figure 3A shows that no BSH was detected in the sod mutant. But what is the actual biological process that is occurring? I think the note could be more specific and explain why there is that drop in BSH in the sod mutant.
