The Go term is too vague. The protein in question, XOC_1550, acts as an effector to the type II secretion system in the cell. This biological process would be a more exact description of the action of the protein. The Go term and name should be as below.

There actually aren't any children for the term "pathogenesis", and since this figure shows the lesions are smaller in mutant strains, it seems fine.
