Figure 3 shows that Tau was localized to microtubules using an anti-Tau and an anti-tubulin antibody. GO:0035372 (protein localization to microtubule).

We cannot use binding GO terms for the competition. Also, your notes do not refer to a specific figure or explain the GO term you chose. GO terms do not refer to changing sequences of proteins. You should try to annotate a location, function, or process of the Tau protein as is, not when it is changed. You could use figure 3 to show the location of Tau.
