The article states that it is believed AMPD2 has a function in podocytes, which are the visceral epithelial cells that surround the capillaries of the glomerulus. So the Go term could be GO:0072015, glomerular visceral epithelial cell development.

The GO ID is incorrect. It should be GO:0003094 - glomerular filtration. In Figure 2, AMPD2-deficient mice produced proteinuria. The proteinuria was tested with 7.5% SDS-PAGE eletrophoresis to determine the protein composition; it consisted mostly of albumin. High levels of albumin and protein suggested that the glomerular filtration function of the AMPD2-deficient mice was impaired.

The GO ID is incorrect. It should be GO:0003093 - regulation of glomerular filtration. In Figure 2, AMPD2-deficient mice produced proteinuria. The proteinuria was tested with 7.5% SDS-PAGE eletrophoresis to determine the protein composition; it consisted mostly of albumin. High levels of albumin suggest that the glomerular filtration function of the AMPD2-deficient mice was impaired.

The proteinuria shown in this figure is a phenotype, which is insufficiently specific to infer a GO annotation. The authors argue that this protein affects ATP levels, which would affect pretty much everything.
