The description for the env protein in the figure is not detailed enough. Also the goterm GO:0046718 should be used as it is more specific.

The notes should indicate that the figure shows that the ENTV Env protein can transform cells. And also that this protein has activity similar to that of the JSRV Env protein.

None, yet.

This is on the incorrect protein page, the correct page should be JSRV:ENV, The GO term is incorrect, a fitting GO term would be GO:0046718

Both challenges identify a better GO term. SamTaylor got 3 for pointing this out, but suggested annotation of a different protein. That left the door open for Mfechter to get the full 5 for suggesting the same correction for this protein. Ideally the challengers should have provided an alternative note; future assessments will be less lenient.

Fig 1 allows annotation to GO:0046718 ! viral entry into host cell. Figure 5 is not related to virus transmission or entry.

Yes, it should be on the JSRV, not ENTV Env protein. The suggested GO term isn't quite correct since the protein is involved more in attachment than entry of the virus into the cell. The notes would also need to be different with a new GO term.
