While it is not possible for me to access this paper, the electronic citation citing "Regulation of JNK cascade" in the same page actually suggests that M4K4 positively regulates the JNK cascade (because it colocalizes with Rap2 and only when both Rap2 and M4K4 were available in a western blot did phosphorylation of JNK2 occur, suggesting that both are necessary for activation), therefore I find something substantively wrong with this citation and think that this discrepancy must be addressed before the acceptance of this citation.

Would Taustin of Team Subs please explain the data set from the paper and how it suggests a negative regulation? Otherwise I believe The following correction holds:

Does not mention the cascade from the go term, and merely shows expression in various cells not a function.
