This is a rebuttal to Helioslaw's challenge.

The definition of gluconeogenesis is the process where non-carbohydrate precursors like amino acids are used to form glucose. The paper does show gluconeogenesis because "M.grisea tps1 failed to grow on acetate or fatty acids, indicating that gluconeogenesis is also affected by the absence of the T6PS." However I need to change the note about which figure shows this result from Figure 2B to Table 1.

The use of the go term regulation of gluconeogenesis is incorrect because the experiments never show or targets to show gluconeogenesis in any way. The correct annotation I believe would be trehalose metabolic process
