I think there should be sequence or literature evidence from C. symbiosum to see if it has monooxygenase. The title of the figure suggests that were would be no supporting evidence because the it says it compares C. symbiosum to other "Uncultivated Crenarchaeal Sequences." Since it is uncultivated, it doesn't provide great supporting evidence.

According to GO evidence code guidelines, "The IGC evidence code can also be used to annotate gene products encoded by genes within a region of conserved synteny".
