The correct Go Term is GO:0060261 Also to add into the Notes: This data (referring to the previous notes section) then later verified how direct binding to the promoter sequence caused positive regulation of transcription initiation, leading to the use of the more specific Go term.

With Myc proto-oncogene protein/c-Myc significantly having an impact on how the other transcription factors acted, as shown by Figure 1E.
