The GO term is incorrect for this figure. The GO term I think is more correct is: regulation of protein kinase activity GO:0045859.

The notes are also lacking on this annotation. The notes I would provide include the old notes as well as extra information. Figure 4B: Mice with Ptprj expression knocked down show increased serine phosphorylation of protein kinase Akt in the presence of insulin. activation of the protein kinase Akt, an important downstream effector of insulin signalling, was also enhanced more in Ptprj-KO mice after the insulin stimulation than in WT mice.
