Supplementary figure 2 shows that many G-quadruplex motifs show increased DNA damage associated with replication fork slowing. Figures 3b and 3c show that, in cells deficient in Pfh1, there is a higher occurrence of such DNA damage at G-quadruplex motifs than in wild-type cells.
