You gave an e-value for the genes between Moonbeam and Spock, but not between Moonbeam and Tsarbomba, or Spock and Tsarbomba. Neither the article nor the notes provide significant detail to make assumptions.

Your evidence didn't show any experimental data to support the function of DNA primate from Moonbeam and Spock. We can't convince there is a functional protein in all Spock, Moonbeam and Tsarbomba to have a protein act as DNA primase activity

As a transfer annotation, it should have IGC, Inferred by Genomic Content, as its evidence code. Also you need a paper that actually determines the function of the protein experimentally, while these just state that they have a DNA primase, and doesn't actually test it out experimentally or experimentally show how the protein has a similar enough structure to another protein using something like crystallography or nuceic magnetic resonance.

Transfer annotation must be to a protein with a valid experimental standard annotation. You can't transfer from a computational (IEA) annotation.
