The protein annotation involves a completely different phage than that which is focused on in the article. As neither the article, nor the annotation notes, propose homology there is not way to prove these proteins are similar and a new article must be used.

This protein in the reference is not from Tsarbomba, but from Epstein-Barr virus.

This should be a transfer annotation using the SEA-PHAGES GO Ref (GO_REF 0000100) and ISS or IGC as the evidence code and the protein of interest's Uniprot ID(s) in the with/from field. Then you should have all of the information in this annotation put in the notes, including the PMID and your justification.
