The sequence alignment in the article aligns the sequence from other species of bacteria, not tsarbomba. This paper can't be used to provide evidence for a transfer annotation. Additionally, if there is homology between tsarbomba and e coli DPCK sequences, you should report the blastp and/or HHPREd scores, and they need to reflect criteria established by the SEA PHAGES Go_Ref:0000100 (and use this as a reference).

None, yet.

You did not provide evidence showing sequence alignment such as E value. The reference is about E.Coli, not Tsarbomba, so if they are homologs or have low E value for sequence alignment, use transfer annotation.
