The GO ID portion discusses a protein trafficking complex (PTEX) with its PTEX150, EXP2, PTEX88, TRX2 and other protein components but these have no relation to the binding of T7 to gp5/trx and the polymerization activities that follow. While the small redox protein of thoredoxin is mentioned in both the Pubmed and GOID source, there is not an appropriate comparison between them.

The GO ID link is not related to the PMID link. The GO ID describes a PTEX complex while the PMID describes the T7 gene 5. I am not sure how these two go together, and the notes do not address the relation between the two.

  • This should be a transfer annotation to Evoli, which you can then transfer to to TsarBomba if relevant.

This should also be a transfer annotation since no mutation experiments have been done on TsarBomba.

This should be a direct annotation to the organism that the scientists in the PubMed paper used. No experimental research has been done on Phage Evoli yet.

One or more standard annotations could probably be made from this paper, but not to this protein. And not with this GO term.
