Anything involving Evoli should be a transfer annotation. Your reference code is incorrect.

The annotation does not reference a a figure to back up the claims as a tail lysin, nor is it about Evoli tail lysin or compare to homologies in other phages. The link to an article doesn't even pull up a link to full text, additionally the article doesn't even appear to be a wet lab experiment. It appears to be a review article and therefore could not be IDA.

If this is a transfer annotation the evidence code should be IGC and you should list with the protein that it is a homolog of. You also make no mention of how it is a homolog. If it is not supposed to be a transfer annotation you should not talk about Evoli since no annotations would be made for it. Also I don't think they experimentally found the function of the protein your looking at in the paper studied since they don't mention finding the function in the abstract.

The notes section should include more detail. For example, include more from your reference on how the Tail Lysin gene was inferred from Direct Assay.

It may be possible to make a transfer annotation, but not from the information provided in the annotation.

I tried to assign points to challenges based on whoever was first to identify the problems with this annotation.
