As Jonathen Yuen had mentioned on another one of your annotations, GO:0052085 may be more applicable. It specifically mentions the regulation of host (human) T cell mediated immune response by a symbiont (Mycobacterium tuberculosis). Mycobacterium tuberculosis would be a symbiont because there are two organisms interacting. Although, only one benefits from the exchange (Mycobacterium tuberculosis) and one is harmed (human). It would be more appropriate to label Mycobacterium tuberculosis as a parasite in those regards, but the Go term mentioned by Jonathen does not have any child terms.

Only acceptable annotation has been made

But I'm giving Heidi points for a very well thought out and very well explained challenge. GO doesn't make a distinction based on who benefits, just on which organism is the "host" (and if one is a virus), but other than that it's a really good challenge- just a little too late!
