It specifically mentions the regulation of host (human) T cell mediated immune response by a symbiont (Mycobacterium tuberculosis). Mycobacterium tuberculosis would be a symbiont because there are two organisms interacting. Although, only one benefits from the exchange (Mycobacterium tuberculosis) and one is harmed (human). It would be more appropriate to label Mycobacterium tuberculosis as a parasite in those regards, but the Go term mentioned by Jonathen does not have any child terms. | 2 |
