The note gives too much information, as not all of the figures are related to the annotation or the activity of the protein. The note needs only to cite figure 1 and 2, and should read "Figure 1 shows degradation of chloramphenicol in the presence of cell extract containing DL136. Mass spec and NMR analysis show that DL136 hydrolyzed the amide bond of chloramphenicol (Figure 2)."
