In Table 1 gp111/ Ribonucleoside diphosphate reductase beta subunit (Putative ribonucleoside diphosphate reductase beta subunit) was shown to be part of the Caulobacter phage Cbk virus (also referenced as Caulobacter virus phiCbk) through MALDI-TOF MS analysis. This protein was isolated from the phage as shown through SDS-PAGE in Figure 1 and 2.
