GONUTS is very much a work-in-progress. Feel free to edit this page and list things that need attention, or leave comments or suggestions.
Known Issues
- Pages made by the Gene Page Maker (in the sidebar,) can become outdated. The information on the page is seeded from UniProt upon creation, but is not updatded. We are currently working on a method to update these pages weekly.
- When a page is created using the gene page-maker, not all annotations are returned. If you travel to UniProt, you can view all the annotations by clicking on the link Complete GO annotation.
- Some GO term pages have truncated titles/GO-terms.
- Electronic Jamboree pages are slow. GONUTS should be caching the images or making them on-site.
