Figure 2. Experiment performed in which cultures were analyzed by immunoblotting antibody-specific for hNIFK. Proteins that interacted with Ki-FHA were pulled down with a GST-Ki-FHA fusion protein and subsequently analyzed with Western blot with the anti-NIFK antibodies. As shown in Fig. 2 A, the mitotic forms of hNIFK (bands I and II) were pulled down a sufficient amount to conclude that hNIFK interacts efficiently with Ki-HFA binding domain. |
